Currently I am CR 1 and BR 11. My certs are reinforced, AV, Van and Eng. with the DL implant. Don’t know if I will keep the Van or go with the reaver. At BR 15 I may take both. Depends on the outfits type of play. I am a casual player. In real life, I am happily married, 44 and a Maintenance Manager in a food manufacturing plant. I run a bingo game for the high school chorus once a month and an ID booth for an outdoor concert every Wednesday night (I get free beer). I ride my Harley every chance I get. No grass has a chance to grow under my feet. My son, 15, and his best friend will also be wanting to join the outfit in a few weeks after he returns from his mission trip. I believe he is BR 10. His computer lags a little so I will need to get another one before school starts back up. It will only run 512 K. All of my FPS experience has been with Halo. I have been playing ACDM with Spizak for over 18 months.

Hey Apostle..
I'm currently stuck in BR14 hell...I don't think I'll ever level up.. I like being the transport guy whether its in a sunny or a galaxy.
In real life Im a network engineer for a state university. I am mostly involved in the wide area network design and deployment..I guess a jack of all trades in the network field...My spare time I dream of riding a Harley but make due with my 1982 Virago 920..Still in very nice shape for a bike thats 20 years old. I'm a big mountain bike and cyclocross(take a road bike, throw some fat tires on it and go flying through the woods) rider. Avid hiker and a total video game junkie..I was big into Xbox live but I can't stand 99% of the people on there...if anyone else is on xbox live and wants someone normal to play against let me know..My XBOX online name is fishstick...I live in the backwoods of New Hampshire ..so if anyone is ever in the area with a mountain bike and wants to go on some crazy trail rides let me know! hehe

There is no way I could do cyclocross. I would love to but I don't heal like I use to. Took me 6 weeks to recover from sprained ankle playing basket ball.
Hay Klokwerks, what about the "Happily Married" part? If it wasn't for that, it would all be worthless!

I'm a network specialist for the government. Sounds fancy on the paperwork, but in reality I sit at my desk and wait for something to break. On the up side I can go to college and browse the net while doing this job full-time. Currently living in Fort Worth, TX, and moving to Lubbock next month, so I'll be off for about two weeks at the end of July / start of August. Been playing FPS games since Wolfenstein, doing level design since Unreal came out, I program third party add-on plugins for Asheron's Call (which I only play about once a week now for about five minutes). Happily married with three kids, who some of you have heard crying in the background on TS when I'm playing (they're supposed to be asleep, and they're complaining about having to stay in bed). The wife also plays a lot of computer and XBox games, but I'm having a hard time convincing her she should try Planetside (she's saying she only likes FPS games when it's a LAN match against friends).
Oh, and my certs: Mainly sniping and vanguard. I'm loving the vanguard, and the sniping is great for when I can't find a gunner or just want to torture people on the other side of my scope. Almost BR13 and halfway to CR1, debating what to get next... Liberator, SA, AV, or HA.

my dad used to play FPS games , he loved delta force , then DF2 came out and hsi computer wasnt up to par , then he got out of it. We just went out and got him e new computer last week , p4 , 128 meg raidion 120 gig 7200 rpm drive and 512 megs of ram. Im gonna try and get him into playing PS but i think its a bit much for him hes 62 and counterstrike was too fast paced for him to have fun with.
can anyone recoomend a single player fps for the old man?

My dad doesn't play to many games (he does play a little racing on the PS2 every once in a while; but he doesn't like playing with me cuz I kick his ass all the time but my mom used to play video games quite a bit. She'd play Donkey Kong Country, Super Mario World, and other side-scrolling platform games on the SNES a few years back. And until she passed away at the beginning of this year, she'd play puzzle-type games on the PC.
